At Bryan Exteriors, we believe every strong home starts with a strong roof, and every strong community starts with the people who defend it.
Many of our team members have family in the military, and we’ve seen firsthand the sacrifices veterans make to protect our country. That’s why we’re proud to offer this roof giveaway as a small way to show our gratitude this year.
This is the third year we’ve given away a roof to a local veteran or active duty servicemember in need. Whether it’s an aging roof, storm damage, or financial hardship, we want to ensure one deserving veteran gets the peace of mind and comfort of a safe home – on us.
How It Works
We’re keeping the process simple. Here’s what you need to know:
Nominations Open
Submit your nomination using the form above by June 10, 2026.
Winner Selection: July
Our team will choose one veteran or active duty servicemember and contact them directly. We’ll also share their story with the community on our social media pages.
Roof Installation
Bryan Exteriors will coordinate all inspections, permits, and the full roof replacement at no cost to the veteran or their family.
Eligibility:
- Home must be structurally suitable for roof replacement
- Nominee must be a U.S. military veteran or active duty servicemember.
- Be willing to provide documentation of service in the US Military
- Must own and live in the home
- Located within Central Iowa
